The College, founded by Monsieur César Ritz of The Ritz hotel is normally not open for public use, as it’s regarded as Switzerland’s best culinary business school however, we have been given the exclusive use of the facilities to host our Maritime Mountain Race event.  The former hotel will host Friday’s Welcome Reception, Safety Briefing, Welcome Dinner, the start line for Saturday’s race, as well as the finish area and finally the Awards Ceremony & Awards Dinner.

Event participants will be served and cooked for by students who are taught by world-class instructors who have worked in Michelin starred hotels and restaurants and have cooked for royalty, so you’re in for a spectacular culinary experience!
